How long does the shipping takes?

The shipping will take 15-30 business days for most of the countries (some countries may take up to 40 days). We promise that we will do our best to reduce your waiting time by sending out the product as soon as possible after your order.

Why it takes so long for my product to arrive?

We know the feeling you are right now, waiting for a product to arrive is just like you have been waiting for ages. Unfortunately, the truth is that we have to use a third-party to deliver your package. That means we can only guarantee when your purchase will be ready for shipment, not when it will arrive, though you can always track the package's progress via the tracking number. While we cannot offer refunds for delays in shipping, our excellent customer service team will be happy to work with you to resolve any shipping questions or concerns. 

How do I return an item?

Our policy lasts 50 days. If 50 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Why I cannot track my orders?
