If you would like to see whether you qualify for a refund before your order is shipped, please Contact Us within 12 hours of the order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Why do we have this policy? Because few customers request modifications or cancellations, we have determined receiving products as quickly as possible is more important to our customers, and as such we strive to submit orders through to fulfillment within 12-24 hours of an order being placed. There are also complexities associated with sourcing and shipping products from multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, which may prohibit us from altering fulfillment requests we submit to them.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please go to Contact Us to tell us about your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you want to refund your order, please let us know within 50 days after purchase. The returning items must be in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Product damage caused by human factors, accident, misuse of the product, may only get half refund of the product price (not including shipping fee).
If the damage products are due to our fault or the logistic company, please provide us photos within 2 days since you received the item and Contact Us. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

GiftsIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail the product to the address that we provide to you. Please Contact Us before returning the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning, exchanging, refunding, or fixing your items even if the product still have it's warranty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
